Are Orks able to take Renegade Knights as allies? What would they count as?

I was thinking they would be similar to Chaos Space Marines, since there are no entries for Renegade Knights, Lost and Damned, Etc. on the allies chart.

This way they would be allies of convenience.

Thoughts?

Renegade Knights have their own Faction and a Detachment within which they can be used. They ally with other Factions in exactly the same way as Chaos Space Marines.
