Well it is with some sadness that we are announcing Critical Mass Games will cease trading on April 2nd 2017. Both Dale and I who own and run Critical Mass Games have reached a point where our personal commitments are no longer compatible with running this enterprise with the passion and time it needs.

The 15mm Sci-fi community has show great support and loyalty since CMG came into being 10 years ago, and we are eternally grateful for the support you have shown.

In the coming weeks/months we hope to find a new home for the CMG product ranges so they can still be enjoyed.

Anyone wanting to enquire should contact cmgsales@criticalmassgames.com

In the interim the 15% sale on the site shall continue until the CMG store is decommissioned on April 2nd 2017.

so if anybody needs anything to complete their collection (or fancies owning all/part of the IP etc) get your skates on

Well that came out of left field!

And they just finished fulfilling their snake men kickstarted army!

Guess I need to go get more snakes while I have a chance then....

Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!

Watch and listen to me ramble about these minis before ruining them with paint!

Wha? This is sudden. Shame to see you guys go. From what I've seen of the guys I got during the KS, your figures and vehicles were great quality. I hope you can find someone to continue your range.

Did you mention this to the 15mm facebook group? I would think this is something they would like to know about.

I don't know if anybody has posted this in any of the 15mm groups (I'm not a member of any of them but when I saw this on BoW I though it was well worth cross posting as I know there are a fair few smaller scale gamers on Dakka), so if you're connected spread the word as its either fairly short notice or hasn't been publicised widely (or both)

It was on the 15mm FB group and John Bear Ross tweeted it earlier. This is sad.. I had dreamed of a big force from them but funding has always been otherwise engaged.

Yeah, same here. Only since the Pound dropped in value have I been able to start ordering from the UK companies. My first purchase of CMG minis was through the Astagar KS.

Good news

RPE Miniatures and Games

We are very excited to announce that RPE Miniatures & Games will be acquiring the Critical Mass Games line.
We will continue to produce the rules, miniatures and buildings and bring the as yet unreleased sci-fi snakemen, the Astagar, into production. Look for a staged release of the various factions beginning May/June this year.

That's good news. These minis deserve to do more than go out of production.
