The basic idea is to hold up the enemy with the
inq. shooters and tarpit with the crusaders.
GK terms deepstrike in and capture territory/ close combat. I shunt with the
DK and support the terms with the strike squad.
Your point allocation seems off. Terminators with just 5 Halberds should be 175 points, not 195 points. Taking those 20 points you saved, you can turn the Strike Squad into an Interceptor Squad, which is basically just a superior version of the Strike Squad (has a 12" move and can shunt like a Dreadknight).
I'd recommend seeing if we can grab a 2nd Dreadknight somewhere in there too. They're incredibly powerful and are the backbone of most Grey Knight forces.
You're using the Inquisition Detachment from Codex: Inquisition, right? In that case, do not take Coteaz as recommended without asking your opponents first. His Codex: Inquisition form does not provide Objective Secured and some people might object to taking his C:
IA version in a C:Inquisition detachment.
If you're gonna keep a melee Xenos
Inq. on the team I'd recommend finding a way to put some RAD grenades on him. The -1 Toughness is one of the biggest contributions he can usually make.
Warband 3 might be worth dropping when you're looking to make room for more points. Acolytes with Bolt Guns won't do or survive much in my opinion. You can give your Terminators a Psycannon and grab an extra
ML on your Librarian for the cost of that Warband.
It's a good core of a list though. I think you're looking in the right direction for what you want. You just want to focus on maximizing point investments and maybe look into how you plan to actually get the
Inq. force upfield to engage the enemy.
