Greetings, Malus91
I would be willing to assist you in creating your list if you wanted some help.
firstly you need to decide if you want to use one of the detachments given within the 7th edition codex.
it doesn't seem like your coming into the game with alot to go with. HOWEVER i'll give you the suggestion of a lions blade strike force. at about 1850 points
you can take a company master, and chaplain(may need to purchase) them
then 6 tactical squads kitted out however you may decide.
2 assault squads base
2 devastator squads
and since you have a vast majority of terminators i'd suggest taking a deathwing redemption force as well,
which would require-
company master in terminator armor.
2 squads of terminators kitted out as you wish.
after you've done all of that you can look at adding your dreadnaught or your other forces into the army. once you've made a list i can assist you more.

Are you looking to be competitive or going for a more friendly group of players?
6th and 7th have really added alot of variety in the ways that you can build lists, but the basic Force Organization Chart is still there (now called a Combined Arms Detachment).
With not being able to turn terminators into Troops choices anymore, you're going to need to combine some greenwing (i.e. power-armoured units) into the army to make it work.
As Asdrubeal says, we're going to need one or more HQ choices - Company Masters, Chaplains, Librarians or Techmarines. If you've got suitably fancy models amongst your collection, we can use those as Masters.
Without having any transports (at least, not any listed), going for a full battle company that Asdrubael suggests seems a bit pointless (seeing as you've only got 30 of the required 52 power-armoured models), however a Demi-Battle Company (page 140 of the DA codex. 3 Tactical Squads, 1 Assault Squad and 1 Devastator Squad, plus either a Master or Chaplain) seems like a plan, with the Deathwing Redemption Force (page 141. 1 terminator HQ + 2 terminator units) and a Ravenwing Attack Squadron (p142) to bring it up to a Lion's Blade Strike Force (explained on pages 94 and 95).

Then I suggest checking out the two strike force detachments on pages 158 and 159 - by using both together you don't need any foot-slogging power-armoured marines, and they synergise well together.
As implied above terminators can struggle to earn their points back, as AP2 shooting is rather profliferent, but it can work in a casual environment (which is why I asked earlier).
