Hi guys!
I'm looking for advice on getting into Shadow war armageddon. I play CSM and really enjoy customizing and magnetizing my miniatures. I wanted to get some models from a loyalist chapter, but i haven't decided yet. Any tips on what models i should start with? Somewhere i can look for good army lists to start out from?
Thank you

If you want to play loyalist space marines you'll need scouts. One box of each type of scouts will be plenty. I recommend for your first list that you get a good number of bodies - most people in my area get themselves something along the lines of one Sergeant, two Scouts, one Gunner and four Novices. Equip them however you can afford. As a scouts player you have excellent range, so definitely load up on bolters and sniper rifles, and maybe a heavy bolter.
If you want to bring full space marines you'll need to save up your prometheum to get them in as specialists.

3000pts Blood Angels (4th Company) - 2000pts Skitarii (Voss Prime) - 2500pts Imperial Knights (Unnamed House) - 1000pts Imperial Guard (Household Retainers)
2000pts Free Peoples (Edlynd Fusiliers) - 2000pts Kharadron Overlords (Barak Zilfin) - 500pts Ironweld Arsenal (Edlynd Ironwork Federation) - 1000pts Duardin (Grongrok Powderheads)
Wargaming's no fun when you have a plan! |

Just to be clear - loyalist Space Marines in power armour (other than Grey Knights) are only available in Shadow War (so far) as Special Operatives. A Special Operative is not a permanent member of your Kill Team. You spend a Prometheum Caches (which you only obtain by completing a game) to "hire" a Special Operative on a one-time basis in the next game. Once that game is complete, you would have to spend another Prometheum Cache to "hire" another Special Operative for the next game, for that game only, and so on.

But you can use CSM in power armor along with cultists to form a Chaos kill team.
