Pretty simple question with no answer as far as I can tell (unless I've missed an FAQ). Does the torsion crusher special rule on the leviathan dreadnaught's grav-flux bombard also apply to an explodes result against a super heavy vehicle? For reference, the weapon can potentially be strength 18 vs armour, is AP 2 and paraphrasing the torsion crusher rule "When a target with an armour value is hit by this weapon double the hull point damage". I have been unable to find anything in an FAQ and I also have not found any discussions regarding this interaction.

RAW i don't see why not, the Explodes result it's caused by the weapon hit (for superheavy it means 1d3 hull points extra) so with some luck it can strip between 2 and 8 hull points with a bit of lucky rolls.

P.S: Grav Bombard it's Str 1 that means it can pen 1+ 3d6 total

That was my thinking, but I wasn't sure if it had been clarified anywhere. Also, the bombard isn't strength 1, it's also not * it's some weird upside down sword or a cross, which doesn't matter since it's just a place holder for the graviton collapse rule.
