Subject: T-Sons Terminator (and other) loadout?

I'm making a 30k Thousand Sons army that could also be used as a 40k Thousand Sons army, a Blood Ravens Space Marine army, and whatever other SM faction. To do this, I will be converting the Terminators I have and will add both Horus Heresy box sets. However, since it will take at least until 8th edition comes out until I have the funds, I am currently looking into planning how I will build the 60+ Marines and the Tartaros and Cataphractii Terminators.
While I am a little lost on the Marine loadout ( some general direction: 3 tac squads, 1 vets squad, two five man Assault squads, and two five man devistator squads), what I'm most unsure of are the Terminators. Converting my current Terminators will give me:
1 basic Terminator squad (fists, Storm Bolters, and one Assault Cannon)
2 Thousand Sons esque Terminator squads (as above but with swords)
1 Assault Terminator squad (Thunder Hammers and Storm Shields)
What should I give my durable and slow Cataphractii Terminators and my faster Tartaros Terminators to add to/enhance the above?
(Also, generally, what weapons tend to convert well between 30k and 40k?)

I might wait till thr termy rules are confirmed by the rule book and your reading it. Oh reading not buying till 8th... Scratch that bit abit..
Whatever we sugest may be totaly changed.
Could be expensive but fit the catapracti with various chainfists?
That or heavy flamer?
Gear them with fists and flamer for a heavy assult unit to storm out a land riader and make a big hole for everyone to follow?
...
Wait 30k lists.... Damn mistakes.
I got wrong forum...
40k rules... 8th. Fists are D3... So fists could be perfectly viable depending how rules go.

FudgeDumper - It could be that you are just so uncomfortable with the idea of your chapters primarch having his way with a docile tyranid spore cyst, that you must deny they have any feelings at all. |

Well, storm shields can't be taken in 30k unless you're Imperial Fist or Salamanders, so those guys with hammer and shield will have to take just the hammer and combi-bolter. Cataphractii would be very nice with the kine-shields ability which would give them a 3++. Cataphractii, due to their slowness, would be very good as objective campers, so outfitting them with ranged weapons would work out, whereas Tartaros could be used for more as a bullying unit, and keeping up with the rest of the battleline. Realistically though, I'd wait for the next edition to drop first so we know what's going on.

Which is illegal in 40k.
Magnets are key for this project I think.

Magnets would be hard to do with the 1st edition Terminators. Which is why I'm planning on keeping the Tartaros and Cataphractii Terminators. Should have some good variety with 30 some odd Terminators.

I'd always be tempted to stick at least one chainfist in there somewhere, very useful against heavy tanks and Knights, especially if you can teleport them in.

Depending on who I equip with Powerfists, I do have extra chainswords I got from splitting a 30k Marine box with another guy. Unless I decide that the Cataphractii or Tartaros Terminators need the chainfists, I can always take one of my 1st edition Terminators with a powerfist and bash it into a chainfist.
