Can anyone suggest a 3rd party or good way of converting a shark based daemon prince?

I dunno, but I'd probably start by looking up Reaper minis or Wrath of Kings--Reaper has several shark men of various sizes, at least one of which is in bones soft plastic. Wrath of kings has a Hadross unit or two made of shark men. Both might need to get a bit of conversion work to bling them up to "I'm an awesome hero character" level, (or might not, depends on the busyness level you like for your stuff).

Yeah, wereshark is the best place to start. As Vejut said, Reaper do a couple, and they are a decent size.

Is this a corrupted Charcharadon champion by any chance?
