So yet again, GW has given us 2 profiles for the same model
Overall they have the same stat, points, etc. But there are 2 key differences.
1) the CSM DP only has 8 wounds. The Daemon DP has 10. This means the CSM can hide behind units, but the Daemon can be picked out
2) the CSM takes "Mark of ___" which is just a keyword with no other added ability. A Daemon DP gets an ability according to their Patron. Nurgel gets Resilience, Tzeentch gets 4++, for example

So which is better in a list with several DPs?

I'd say it probably depends on the rest of the list. You're thinking along the lines of a Tetrad style list right? For a list with one or two princes and a bunch of smaller stuff like screamers and flamers or whatnot, I'd say the CSM prince is a complete no brainer. For a list that's very DP heavy I think you could safely go for the daemons version, since the benefits are pretty nice (Nurgle in particular). In a list that totally spams DPs, it doesn't matter so much that people are able to target your DPs

Yeah, I want to play Belakor + my Tetrad at least, plus a good deal of fast mutli-wound beasties like Hounds, Screamers and Flamers.

Since I'll have plenty of units up forward, having CSM DPs seems appealing since they cannot be targeted behind other units. I could easily just take them in a Command Detachment.
But on the other hand, Daemonic Resiliance seems really good, as does the 4++ for Tzeentch.

The think I want to avoid is mixing them, It's either all CSM, or all Daemon DPs

Yeh I'm pretty much in the same position. For me I think the csm princes win out, but only because I'm only taking one or two of them, and spamming the hell out of screamers, flamers and whatnot for the rest.

In one of my khorne lists i'm running the 3 CSM DPs with three units of flesh hounds

I think the closest model hiding thing makes the CSM one (for me) the best option.

Some other subtle things the CSM one has:
Heretic astartes keyword so you can cast warptime on your self or from another sorcerer which is a 24" move

Has death to the false emperor for the extra attacks on 6's

Gives you the re-roll of 1's to hit for both daemons AND CSM unlike the daemons one which is just to nearby daemons

the daemon abilities and powers are nice but meh, i'll take being hidden and the extra bits above over them

I like the CSM ones better for the Tzeentch and Slaanesh ones. When you have 3+ save, the 4++ of the Tzeentch does not give all that much. Likewise, they slannesh trait of swinging first has less merit.
For the Nurgle and Khorne ones, I like the CD ones a little more. With nurgle you have so much resiliance you don't care. With Khorne, getting that extra STR and attack means you are dealing 8 STR 8 attacks on the charge.
