I'd cut the rokkits in the koptas squads, just take big shootas instead, and with the spared points you can give as many big choppas as you can to the boyz and stormboyz nobz. Drop the kombi skorcha too. And probably a single banner is enough, after all you only have three mobz of boyz and also undersized, just add more boyz or alternatively a painboy or mad dok grotsnik.

Well here are two other lists I came up with. Tweaked but still in the same neighborhood but this time using da jump weirdboyz.

Don't forget you get to Da-Jump only once a turn. Can't say about Flyers, anyone used them in 8th edition? They are easier to take down (-1 to BS instead of 1/6 chance).

They're only easier to hit with regular shooting. Dedicated AA stuff is unchanged.
But they're a lot more resilient overall, and don't suffer from damage as they once did.

Well o. The second list I debated taking KFF on the jets vs stikbomb chukkas for the 5+ invul but I wasn't sure if I should do that or wiggle in some more PKs.

And yeah I planned to jump two boy squads and take the trukks with nobz in one and maybe ghaz, painboy, and the banner in chasing after teleports or behind the Boyz if they fail. Again second list.

Speaking of this, I would highly recommend that at least one weirdboy takes Warpath. Giving a unit +1 attacks is really going to go a long way.
