I take it that I can't fall back if let's say my Rhino is surrounded as I can't move over enemy models but what about Flyers?
Example: We have a combat between a Flyer and a Jump Pack unit and the Flyer's base is surrounded, can the Flyer fall back?

afaik Yes because Flyers can pass over units and terrain.

Flyers have the FLY keyword, so can ignore other models and terrain when moving, which includes falling back.

I was thinking more from a practical side that I'm probably not trying to slap a jet going at supersonic speed but more like board it but yeah, written rules are clear.
