Quick-fingered Warlord Moderatus

This list is based mostly on what I have (which will be marked with an [x]) and what I'm thinking of getting next. Suggestions to improve this would be welcome.
Super Heavy Auxiliary
Warlord
Renegade Knight w/ Gatling Cannon, Heavy Flamer, Thermal Cannon, Stubber, Ironstorm Missiles
528
Battalion Detachment
HQ
Winged Daemon Prince w/ 2x Malefic Talons, Warp Bolter
189
Terminator Lord w/ 2x Claws [x]
135
Herald of Khorne
56
Troops
10x Marines w/ Bolters, 2x Plasma [x]
156
10x Marines w/ Pistol & Chainsword, Sword, 2x Flamers [x]
152
10x Cultists [x]
50
Elite
Decimator Engine w/ Butcher Cannon, Claw [x]
165
5x Terminators w/ 4x Combi-Plasma, 3x Axes, Chainfist, Power Fist, Heavy Flamer [x]
289
Fast Attack
3x Bikers w/ Combi-Bolters, 2x Flamers, Combi-Flamer
128
Heavy Support
2x Hellforged Rapier Batteries w/ Ectoplasma Cannons
144
Total: 1992
Shooty Marines and Cultists can hold onto backfield objective, shoot anyone that gets close. Melee marines and DS Terminators and Lord will go for forward objectives, and get support from Bikers. The Herald will stick with the Decimator, giving him +1 S and aiding in the Assault Phase, and the Prince will fly around to take care of hotspots. Knight will go after vehicles and Heavy Infantry, and the Rapiers will be artillery support.

Might consider giving the Bikers Melta; it's way more expensive, but the list does seem a bit sparse on anti-tank.
Is the Prince Khorne? I'm guessing so because you don't make mention of any psychic powers. If you're up for it, giving him some psychic powers can help with one problem I see with part of your army: mobility. Those footsloggers will get wiped off the board by Hellblasters or other long ranged shooty units, so giving them some boosts via Warp Speed can ensure that they get to Rip and Tear. Then again, most fire might be focused on the Knight and Terminators, so maybe they'll have some cover to work with.
I'd also consider dropping the Heavy Flamer on the Terminators because of range, but if you've already built the models use what you've got.

I'd recommend giving the decimator two butcher cannons. That way you can keep it still for 3+ to hit, rather than trying to make it cover all bases.
The knight should always take two gatling cannons. They're by far the better gun, and, as chaos, we are allowed to run with two whilst loyalists can't. Any reason the knight is your warlord? I would've thought the prince with +1 attack trait would be a better candidate.
If you're going to take rapiers (I'm of the mind that they don't do enough for their very low durability), then you should always run with quad bolters. Literally no reason not to. They're it's best option.
Back to the daemon prince. It'd be better to take him as nurgle. A) You'll get access to warptime and prescience, B) the herald could be taken as nurgle to cast the power that restores d3 wounds (think it's fleshy abundance). C) You get fnp, which, combined with fleshy abundance, will make him much harder to put down.
Edit: If you're taking the terminator lord to buff your terminators, you could drop him seeing as a warptimed daemon prince can get up in the enemies face, next to your deep-striking terminators. And, he'll provide the same buff.

Hey, thanks for the replies!
@iowaforever: I forgot about psychic powers when making this list! Lots of things I need to remember this edition, it seems. I'll say he's Nurgle, and give him Warptime, as you suggested, so to give the footsloggers an edge.
I can always find another combi weapon to give to the fifth Terminator, I'm not necessarily married to that particular choice (thank the gods for magnets).
Meltas for the bikes? I kinda thought the Plasma Rapiers and the Melta on the Knight would do for anti-tank...
@Lancelot185: Yeah, any robot seems to do better with either two guns or two fists. I might switch those for storm lasers, instead, they might do better in my games.
Two guns, yep. It would mean getting rid of something, but I'll have to find a way to fit it in. Otherwise, the melta was there both to save on points and to have something to melt tanks. Also, I meant Lord of War, not Warlord (damn pro-noun game. )
So wait, why quad-bolters over Plasma? Mass shots over High S and Rend?
Having a Nurgle Herald would be nice, but it is pricier than a Khorne one. I'll have to see.
I suppose I could drop the Termi Lord, since the Herald would fill the secondary slot. Seems kinda weird to me, for some reason, but whatever.
Edit: Or, I could replace the Termi Lord with something cheaper, like a Dark Apostle?

Ectoplasm is easily their worst armament. 1/3 chance to inflict a mortal wound on yourself (as if they weren't weak enough), 24" range so you'll have to move your gunline (aka 4+ to hit with 6 shots), and, as I just said, only 6 shots. You could, instead, have 24 s5 shots hitting on 3's. Thats 3 s8 hits, vs 16 s5 hits. The massed firepower in this case, will be just as effective against most things.
Overall, the quad bolters are far more versatile and effective against a wider range of units, and don't run the risk of wounding yourself.
Automatically Appended Next Post:
You could take a dark apostle. The problem there, though, is getting him into combat with your guys. Compared to the other cc stuff in your list, he's very slow and won't be able to make it in to combat soon enough. And, there's no point taking a transport just for him.

Okay, so did a bit of fixing the list, according to the critiques given so far. Here's what I have now (with [x] representing what I have right now):
Chaos 2000 pts
Battalion + Super Heavy (+3 Command Points)
Lord of War
Renegade Knight w/ 2x Gatling Cannon, 2x Heavy Flamer, Stubber
548
HQ
[Warlord] Winged Daemon Prince w/ 2x Malefic Talons, Warp Bolter, MoN (Warp Time)
189
Herald of Nurgle (Fleshy Abundance)
70
Troops
[x] 10x Marines w/ Bolters, 2x Plasma
156
[x] 10x Marines w/ Pistol & Chainsword, Sword, 2x Flamers
152
[x] 10x Cultists
50
Elite
[x] Decimator Engine w/ 2x Butcher Cannon, MoN
180
[x] 5x Terminators w/ 5x Combi-Plasma, 3x Axes, Chainfist, Power Fist
287
Fast Attack
3x Bikers w/ Combi-Bolters, 2x Meltas, Combi-Melta
152
Heavy Support
2x Rapier Batteries w/ Laser Destroyers
212
Total: 1996
I know Lancelot said Quad Bolters over Plasma, but that made me concerned over countering vehicles, in general. There's only two Laser Destroyers, yes, but they'll come in handy should my opponent bring a lot of multiple wound models on the table. Let me know what you think.
