Since the new shiney Space Marine codex is out with points reductions, free abilities, free relics, and new strategums what do you hope to see the Blood Angels get?
I hope to see the following:
+1 Attack on the charge army wide ability
A significant reduction in Furioso Dreadnaught and Death Company Dreadnaught
Making Assault Marines troop choices (more weapon options)
Ability to get into combat easier
Strategum to move after deep striking with jump packs.

Perhaps something that lets Jump Pack units deploy at 3+d6 inches away or 6+d3 inches away.

TBH, I hope not too much in the "free rules/benefits/relics." We're only one codex in and I'm (probably naively) hoping it won't get out of hand like 7th.

Well it looks like every other codex (3 in total) gives free bonus abilities and rules to add diversity. I am excited to see what they give us he blood angels.

Correctly priced Angelus bolters.
Death Company that are as effective in assault as Khorne Bezerkers since they cost the same price.
Stormtalons
Something to represent the Red Thirst. Personally I would like to see them still being able to charge, even if they Advanced.
Something to represent "Descent of Angels". Maybe a 1CP stratagem allowing Jump Pack units to Deep Strike >6" away from the enemy rather than >9".
Decent rules for Dante. He is the longest serving Chapter Master in the Imperium but the Index version just has him as a competent but rather overpriced beatstick.

They are not free. They require you to lock out non-codex units.

I want our Lucifer Pattern Engines back, and for them to actually be useful. We should be able to advance and shoot rapid fire and heavy weapons. Rerolling dice is pointless.
Agreed on Dante needing a boost. Perhaps being able to take multiple Warlord Traits would help. Or give bonus CP.
