Oh man, havent seen a list with three Tesseracts before.
How effective are they at the battlefield?

Shift points to bump your immortals up to 10 (shrink down the warriors). 10 MWBD tesla immortals are awesome. Thoughts on sneaking in some scarabs as a screen and tarpit?

When dialing up shots roll anything but a 1 and it has higher output then a doomsday ark, being str 8 the difference between that and 10 isn't really seen on most vehicles though I do have a doomsday ark just encase.
a 5+ invuln, quantum shieldinging, living metal. The 10 wounds are a little so-so but the fire power potential is massive and it even provides good set of tesla for anti-personnel.

I could do that, reduce the warriors for the immortals though the warriors are some-what a buffer of sorts.

The only way I can bring in scarabs would be to drop the doomsday ark and increase the immortals as well as a big screen of scarabs. Probably about 12-14/15 bases of scarabs.

I'd go with Gauss on the stalker

Froth at the top, dregs at the bottom, but the middle - excellent

Drop the Doomsday Ark and Sypder for 203-300pts, put those points then into Heavy Gauss Cannon for your Stalker (it will make up for your DDA), 3 more Immortals and a good few Scarabs.

I would also swap Szeras for a normal Cryptek or Orikan. 5++ is Handy with that many immos and warriors. And drop a unit of warriors for Tesla Immortals and swap the Lord with another Overlord.

Something like this maybe

This sounds a little silly, but taking two overlords allows me to use "My will be done" twice I'm assuming?
Szeras was there to give potentially 2+ or T5 to the large groups of warriors originally, even the immortals but now that there are two overlords assuming they can both my will be done I can see his value goes down a fair bit, may as well drop him for a regular cryptic.
The large amount of Scarabs makes me a little more comfortable dropping 15 warriors for 10 immortals originally the warriors were going to be the buffer for my army but I think your way works better.

The only thing I'm not really sure or wanting is to drop the ark, the str10 72" range at -5 just feels so strong, with the quantum possibly even enough to cause target priority conflicts in my opponent. I don't think heavy gauss on the stalker really makes up for it being gone.

Klowny wrote:Id drop the whole battalion, add in the immortals into the other detachment. Add scarabs to screen

I had anticipated this, or even opted to put everything into the battalion, the issue is that with the new codices coming out the usefulness of command points is quickly being realized more so then before across the board, and with necrons the ability to auto pass morale gives the potential for me to have an entire squad that would have fled to return with the reanimation protocols so the value of command points I feel is quite substantial, especially even when using vehicles that have 1d6 shots with 1d6 damage each, a reroll there could be potentially game changing. That + an auto pass morale is already 3 spent leaving me with just 1 other opportunity to spend it should I go with everything in the spearhead detachment. That's likely something I would do in 1500pts when I shave 500 off of this current list to bring it down would likely be to drop an overlord, the warriors and the stalker to bring it to 1500.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
So, with the advice from above, I've come up with this, potential list. As I'm no longer taking szeras I feel less obliged to really take much in the way of warriors, instead favoring immortals which due to their smaller number aren't really a tarpit as before.
