Growlin' Guntrukk Driver with Killacannon

Hey guys. Was looking at making a competitive Death Guard list for an upcoming GT. I haven't played 40K since 5th edition and am trying to wrap my head around all the newness. If you could give me some feed back that would be super sweet.
Battalion Detachment: +3 CP
HQ:
Typhus
Daemon Prince w/ Wings
-Malefic Talon
-Prescience
Troops:
20x Pox Walkers
20x Pox Walkers
20x Pox Walkers
Elite:
Noxious Blightbringer
Battalion Detachment 2: +3 CP
HQ:
Daemon Prince w/ Wings
-Malefic Talon
-Warptime
Daemon Prince w/ Wings
-Malefic Talon
-Infernal Gaze
Troops:
10x Pox Walkers
10x Pox Walkers
10x Pox Walkers
Outrider Detachment: +1 CP
HQ:
Daemon Prince w/ Wings
-Malefic Talon
-Warptime
Fast Attack:
1x Foetid Bloat-Drone
1x Foetid Bloat-Drone
1x Foetid Bloat-Drone
Total Points: 1978
Let me know what you guys think. I feel good knowing I can hide the important pieces of the army behind the Pox Walkers. Typhus doing his thing and making them tougher while the Bloat-Drones harass. Do you think 4 Daemon Princes will be enough anti armor? I also like that I can lay down 5 Smites a turn. Feed back would be greatly appreciated. Thank you guys in advance.

I would consider the fact that Typhus at any given time can only cover so many poxwalkers unless you straggle them awkwardly across the board. To mitigate this for 2ppm you can replace some poxwalkers with plaguebearers on the flanks who get a 5++ and then resilience and are naturally S4 T4 with plagueswords.
Overall solid list though.

I can def do that. How many units of Pox Walkers would you suggest dropping? I already have the plague bearers so thats no issue. are you thinking something like 3 units of 20 Pox and then fill in with smaller units of plague bearers for grabbing objectives?
Thanks so much for the feedback! Sorry for the Noob questions... its been a few years

Well you could keep the POX, the units of 10 stay back and have to be killed to the man to lose an objective. PB get 5++ then DR, but still lose wounds on failed checks. I would try it out as is and go from there.
List looks cool.

I play demons and run 3 DPs... They're not nearly as strong as they used to be.
You're going to have a hard time against H2h units with an invul save, and against anything T8. Any unit with thunder hammer / SS is a nightmare.
Flyers will also be a problem.
You've got some strong elements selected, but I think you're going to struggle against many opponents.

Froth at the top, dregs at the bottom, but the middle - excellent |

I appreciate every ones feedback! A couple questions...
What are some options against units with Invul saves? They always seem to be a pain in the ass and without ways to mitigate that save, it just comes down to volume of attacks right? This list does miss out on volume, but I'm not sure what other options I really have in Deathguard/Nurgle.
As far as fliers go, the Daemon Princes and the Bloat Drones can assault them right? Just making sure I have that correct in my head.
Thanks again for the feedback!

Hmmm what would that do for me? Honestly, I'm a competitive player, but all of my armies have to have themes that really go well together. Sorcerers just feel off to me in a list like this. I could be persuaded though.

I think a sorcerer with death hex would make some sense fluff wise. Nurgle is the god of death.

Using Deathguard out of the 'index' then replacing units from 'codex chaos' I *think* is the way you build deathguard right now, which is a pain... but someone feel free to correct me if I've got the community notice on the topic all messed up. Just thoguht I'd throw it out there as I tried to build one this weekend and decided to punt until the deathguard codex just released.
Regarding the sorcorer's with nurgle death hex, I dig it. I cast that spell this weekend (from a slaanesh sorceror) on a eldar lord of war. It was nakid as a j-bird to my combi-plasma drop in termys and vaped it in one turn.
I've been testing different reserve deployment lists... with warptime dropping in on a sorceror and a fellow unit of oblits or termys... you can move them forward after drop in to get really uncomfortably close... then you can rapid fire or whatever and setup charges.
The psykers are just part of the meta, and the deathhex spell is your answer for inv saves.
Nurgle fiction has a long line of bloated designed chaos casters... lot of modeling opportunities too. It's fluffy... :/

If Forge World is allowed maybe try to add Necrosius to the list? He makes the walkers even more durable.

So after playing a few games, I noticed some areas that could use a little changing. The Daemon Princes are awesome, but I don't necessarily think running 4 is correct with what I'm going for. The lack of long range fire power definitely hurts. The bloat Drones are awesome, but 3 may be over kill as well. Especially with only being able to Warp Time once a turn, I don't see the need for more than 2. 1 of them gets a nice alpha strike with Warptime and the other follows up turn 2 to murder some footslogging units etc.
Here are some changes while waiting for the Deathguard codex. When that comes out, I will consider solving my invul save issue with a sorcerer. Let me know what you guys think of the changes.
HQ:
Typhus
Daemon Prince w/ Wings
-Malefic Talon
-Prescience
Troops:
20x Pox Walkers
20x Pox Walkers
20x Pox Walkers
19x Pox Walkers
Elite:
Noxious Blightbringer
Fast Attack:
1x Foetid Bloat-Drone
1x Foetid Bloat-Drone
Spearhead Detachment: +1 CP
Daemon Prince w/ Wings
-Malefic Talon
-Prescience
Heavy Support:
Chaos Predator
-Twin Lascannon
-Two Lascannon
Chaos Predator
-Twin Lascannon
-Two Lascannon
Chaos Predator
-Twin Lascannon
-Two Lascannon
The Predators can lay down a ton of fire support that I feel is super needed. If I see anything deep striking, I can bubble wrap important elements with the 4th unit of Pox Walkers, allowing me to keep my tanks safe, or Typhus safe etc. The Bloat Drones are absolutely awesome at tying stuff up and then flying out of combat allowing me to blast whatever it was tied up with off the board with the Preds.
Thanks again, and I appreciate all of your feedback.
p.s. What does Necrosius do? I've never really looked into Forgeworld models.

Necrosius is a well kitted plaguecaster who allows poxwalkers within 6" to reroll 1s for Disgustingly Resilient.

I like the preds... The ability to reach out and touch the opponent's high value targets is really critical.

I agree. I think the second list has more answers and is much more well rounded. I guess I'll find out at the GT coming up.
