A bit more fluffy assassins lists since I had a few people complain that my last list was too un-thematic. So tell how well you think these 2 lists rate on competitive effectiveness, Fun to play against, and "Fluff" value please.

Pretty much zero fluff value, because assassins are usually not seen in multiples. At most you see one of each. This is just a WAAC style tourney list that will earn you much ire in non-competitive games. Especially with the Scions added.

Also, not sure how you are deploying to get the most out of your non-standard deployments. Doesn't look like you have enough units on table to max out your deep strikes.

Really interesting I wouldn't even consider this tournament grade myself.

Also I thought it was mentioned that in response to the 13th Black Crusade that the assassins were sent en mass. And I know there have been mentions of multiple Eversors deployed.

What would you consider the best way of running multiple assassins legitimately?

I wouldn't? And it isnt the worst version of the list I have seen, but it's still not nice or fluffy.

Hmm. Less then helpful. Oh well guess I will just avoid the fluff-meisters then and just focus on making sure people know I'm running a competitive list. Out of curiosity I see your based out of NC as am I curious where you tend to game.

Sorry, I can't be much help when the list is just not at all fluffy. If you want to go fluffy for assassins, they need to be somewhat unique and maybe a part of a larger, more diverse army. Like Inquisitors leading some Scions and Guard, maybe with a Knight, etc. Something thematic. Otherwise, it is just a WAAC style army that just hasn't been cranked to 11.

Fine. Not WAAC, just cheesy and unfluffy. So almost the same premise, just not as fine-tuned.
