Definitely be sure to keep those stealers out of LOS as much as possible, as I would be gunning for them the most.
Devilgaunts are great in 8th. If you can, I'd get a second squad of them (30) to add a lot more wounds. I am seeing a lot of swarms with 250-300 models on the table this edition. As such, you might need more models on the table to really go up the ranks.
Otherwise, cool list that would be fun to fight.

I'm just commenting because I opened up your painting blog and wanted to say that your 'nids look gorgeous!

I could remove 2 of the warriors teams to add another unit of 25 devil gaunt with 15 devourers, not sure if that would be better though.

Also I don't have enough terms for this.
