Yes.

Is there a rules question here? The points costs are explicitly clear in the codex.

I'm using the e-version so not quite as clear.

It is still clear. The points cost page is no different from the physical version.

If I remember a lot of the weapons an Ironclad uses is unique to it, so much of the points costs for it are worked into it's base cost instead.

This is why sometimes you have wargear that costs 0 and other times you get two seemingly identical profiles costing different points (Assault Terminators and regular terminators from the index is the most prominent example). Once you total up the final points it seems a lot less weird.
