As the title says. Trying to figure out myself but I can't find one that stands above many possibilities.

Any help would be really appreciated.

p.s. I get constantly wrecked in my club by uber-competitive IG - Tau - Orks - Sisters of battle players

Probably either lots of Dark Reapers with psychic support(Conceal/Guide/Doom), Yvraine, and Razorwing flocks, or Hemlock spam.

Here is a list that I have yet to lose with. Bubble wrap the dark reapers and your two psykers with the troops. The Wraithguard go in the serpent with vectored engines and the rest of the force is mobile enough to solve whatever problems may arise.

Have you won against conscript spam / Celestine or Ork horde with this list?

Not celestine, but shuriken (16 shots per bike squad and 20 from guardians) fire makes quick work of conscripts and orks.

On paper, sure, but if you put Guardians out close enough to Conscripts or boys to unload mass shuriken, you're going to get deleted on opponent's turn, period. Either the Conscripts will FRFSRF or the boyz will charge and you'll be gone.

Like I said, the troops are just there to protect the dark reapers. I usually keep all three troops within 7 of the death star so that when the shooting starts the reapers can sometimes get a soulburst action on my opponents turn as well. This army relies on word of the phoenix to get two shooting actions for the reapers consistently. The rest of the army is just there to slow down whatever the opponent throws at you to try and stop it.

My 2000 point list is doing very well. It wrecks MEQs although hordes might be a bit more challenging.

Vanguard (+1 CPs)
HQ Autarch with fusion gun, power sword and Mandiblaster
HQ Farseer with Withchblade

Elite 5 Wraithguard with D-Scythes
Wave Serpent with 3 Shuricannons

Elites 5 Wraithblades with Swords
Wave Serpent with 3 Shuricannons

Elites 5 Fire Dragons
Wave Serpent with 3 Shuricannons

Elites 6 Howling Banshees
Wave Serpent with Shuricats and Brightlances

Heavy Wraithlord with 2 Brightlances, 2 flamers and Glaive
Heavy 5 Dark Reapers including Exarch with AML

Aircraft Hemlock Wraithfighter (normally takes Conceal)

This is a pretty brutal list with enough firepower to shred most targets. The Wraithblades and Banshees can help to bail out other units from combat. Most units start off in their transports which reduces their vulnerability to alpha strikes.

The Reaper and Autarch form a firebase with the Wraithlord babysitting them. The Wave Serpents and Hemlock use their firepower to whittle down the enemy while the infantry inside disembark when necessary to deal with close threats.

Only having 4 CPs cuts it a bit fine but Eldar don't have many Stratagems at the moment so this is not a big deal. The Farseer gets rerolls to cast and deny from his Runes and Guide and Doom can go a long way to make up for the few CPs for rerolls. Eldar bring their rerolls with them meaning you have less need to spend CPs on them.

So after my trial and errors and lot ofnpost sifting my theretical list is

Hq
Yvrain
Farseer
2 warlocks

Elites
Wraithgaurd w/dscythe
Wraithgaurd w/cannon
Wraithblades w/swords

Heavy
2x 5 Dark reapers including exarch

4 waveserpents with 3x shuriken cannons and spirit stones.

2x hemlock fighter

Guestimation is this is 2200 points so drop one fighter or one gaurd and gibe each reaper its own serpent.

The serpents pack a punch but more importantly protect their good if you dont go first.

Dark reapers i read everywhere are worth the weight in gold against many threats and can handle them with range.

The blade are an amazing close combat unit and even better with enhance (from the lock) the farseer will also be with the blades so he can be close enough to cast doom on the reapers targets and the blades soak up a lot of shooting just place them to protect the seer.

The hemlock forces your opponents hand by being a hard to kill threat to many types of units.

Use the serpent sheild turn one against your biggest threats and then you have 36 s6 shots to point at your opponents gunline wounding on 3s or better. Wait to get the gaurd out till they are in the right position only rolling 5 dice even for an emergency disembarkment with a cp will avoid any casulaties while forcing your opponent to shoot at the serpent and not the scary guys inside.

Of course yvraine is there to make units like the reapers better if they focus on kille by the wraiths they get really scary.

I have not got to play with this list so its all theretical for me because i dont own reapers, hemlocks or yvrain.

If you have a warlock with conceal, those conscripts need a 6 to hit. I wish them good fortune in the wars to come.

Ork Boyz are a different problem. If you get your guardian blob close enough, you will annihilate a lot of boyz. Whichever ones you don't, charge em with a Wave Serpent. Or, just leave a 10 man unit up front to eat that charge. When they die, soulburst and finish the job.

Lastly, to the guy that said Razorwing Flocks, I suspect you missed their nerfs. They aren't worth it IMO anymore.

Why do you have the Reapers in two squads? That means you can only WotP one squad at a time and only one squad for guide too. It will literally double the buffs buffs for no extra points

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Also Vectored Engines is better than Spirit Stones if you have to pick one or the other. -1 to hit is great compared to 6+ Feel No Pain type save

Bc i didnt think about that, i dont own them and all my current elites i play min squads so i can have more exarchs. For me that list is pure theory based on the feedback about my list and all the other list that ive read about on hear.

Vectored engines havent helped me yet because i use my wave serpents to charge turn one so i can lock up some of my opponents shooting.

That's fair enough, if you don't get first turn you can't advance before taking fire so Stones will serve you well

Hmmm, not sure about this. The Shield must target the nearest visible unit IIRC so unless you are lucky, you won't be able to pseudo-smite a target off the board.

I prefer to get some mileage out of the Shields and fire them off once the Serpent is below 6W.
