You probably want to take pictures with a proper camera, any digital camera will do, plus take pictures from multiple angles.
In addition, buy yourself some nuln oil, agrax earthshade and reikland fleshshade. Apply them to metal/armour, armour/bones and skin respectively. (Some people prefer nuln oil on their armour, I'm in the agrax camp.) You'll see a big improvement I think.

No, They can be used in an EC army, but they can take other legion keywords (basically any other legion but Thousand Sons, World Eaters, or Death Guard) if you want. Black legion has a decent sized Noise Marine cult within it, so no reason another legion couldn't pick up some Noise Marines.

I constructed a light box out of copy paper & scotch tape to try to get clearer & brighter images of the models.
Hopefully these pictures look better.
