The only thing I may change is swapping the sternguard, which I assume are ridding in the drop pod, for assault squads with melta and JPs.

For the price of the sternguard and DP you could get two squads and some points to spare.

That and maybe put heavy flamers on your TACs as you have a lot of las as is.

dropping the sternguard and drop pod allowed me to bring a few more death company as well as a melta assault squad. I'm kinda concerned about them getting deleted before they can do much, unless I choose not to DS them and make use of cover.

I also replaced librarian with jump pack with the dreadnought version as they all wouldn't have all fit in my stormraven originally.

That's why I was thinking two 5 man jump squads with 2x melta and melta bombs on the sergeant for 238pts, if my math is right. Gives a bit of target saturation and flexibility in deployment.
