Recently started a DG army, looking to expand it to a full force.
I wanted the demons to look more like mutated humans than like decaying corpses so I painted them with a healthy looking skin with good vitality. I've got a long wayto go towards building a big force as this technique takes forever to do, but I'm looking forward to it as it's really fun!
Let me know what you think, and if you think any color changes should be made. Cheers!

Gorgeous work, and thank you for keeping the awful purple/magenta off the actual Death Guard as it immediately ruins them. The plaguebearers look ace --- love the faded black horns. They're all good.
Oh, and 100% mega-bonus-cheers for the bases. Attractive, simple, and not black-rimmed or covered in cork. Perfection.

Thanks mate! Yeah, I wanted very simple bases as the models are quite busy, I didn't want anything competing with them for attention.
I agree 100% on the purples. I'm thinking of repainting the purple on the demons as a pale violet. (Slaanesh grey)

I love the humanoid feel from the Daemons

Facts are chains that bind perception and fetter truth. For a man can remake the world if he has a dream and no facts to cloud his mind. |
