So I am planning on redoing the rulebook/codexes for 7th edition, using 4th edition as a template. Just to be clear, this is primarily a personal project, so many of the choices I make design wise will reflect my own preferences; I like having as many options as possible in terms of wargear, upgrades and customizable chapter tactics/doctrines. Expect the wargear list to at least double in size in the revised codices.
Currently, I am looking to find PDF's of the old 4th edition rulebook and codices to use as reference. If anyone has a PDF they are willing to share, it would be much appreciated.

1. Redo BRB (Too much stuff to list)
2. Make SM Codex (Regular SM, SW, DA, BA, Black Templars merged into one codex, rules for creating your own chapter tactics, rebalance)
3. Make Chaos Codex (Lost and the Damned, CSM, Daemons merged into one codex, with new rules for the Dark Mechanicum, rebalance)
4.Make IG Codex (Bring back doctrines, rebalance)
5. Make DE Codex (Give Grotesques more options, give Archons and Haemonculi more options, rebalance
6. Make Inquisition Codex (Inquisition, Deathwatch, Grey Knights merged into one codex, rebalance)
7. Make Ork Codex (Rebalance, rules for looting stuff from other races)
8. Make Eldar Codex ( make aspect warrior army viable, nerf with extreme prejudice, rebalance)
9. Make Necron Codex (Give crypteks back their toys, rebalance)
10 Make Tyranid Codex (Rebalance, make codex usable without Flyrant, bring back a ton of the old biomorph options)
11. Make Genestealer Cult Codex (nerf cult ambush, but make it less random, rebalance)
11. Make SoB Codex (Buff the poor sisters, give them more units from the lore, rebalance)
12. Make Tau Codex (increase riptide pointcost, nerf farsight deathstar, make markerlights less powerful, remove supporting fire. Remove the cap on number of systems allowed on one suit? rebalance)
13. Make AdMech Codex (Increase wargear options, give them more units, nerf Kastellan, rebalance)
