Yeah, see I am kind of an intermediate level painter of minies and am looking to make some money for my own wargamming habits.
Friends of mine are throwing around suggestions left and right like "Start and Art blog!" or "Ask your customers to talk about you to others!"
But I'm not exactly sure since they aren't exactly involved in miniature painting that much or just miniatures in general!

So what do you guys recommend?
(And if you're curious I do have cheap prices for painting wink wink nudge nudge)

Do you frequently visit forums? The best way is to show off your actual work. That means proper photographs (good camera, good background, proper lighting) --- preferably attached to a Facebook page, a blog or both.

Then put a nice logo'ed link in your signature on all the forums you visit. Create an eBay page for stuff you're not doing on commission to get your word out. If you do some basic Space Marines or something that you get cheap you can flip them on eBay and get your name out that way too.

Submit painted models to conventions for raffles, and include business cards.

Okay the flipping of a model for money I didn't think about that at all actually..
I think I should do that.

I tend to manage games a lot too, so I could easily flip some Space Marines for a decent price.

Also posting on here might be easier than before, I just got a new phone with a camera that doesn't make it photos look like total garbage, I have a light box, just need some lamps is all.

I oddly enough have no idea how to do blog stuff soooo that will be an adventure.
