This is supposed to be a tournament list I have been working on.

I am not sure how well this list will work, but here goes.

Battalion detachment - 9 Command Points

Robby G - Warlord

Chief Librarian Tigurius

Techmarine with servo harness and power axe

2 x Scouts w/ 4 sniper rifles 1 Missile launcher, camo cloaks

Tactical Squad w/ combi melta and meltagun

2 x Razorback w/ twin assault cannon, HKM

2 x Devastator Squad w/ 4 missile launchers

Leviathan Dreadnought w/ grav flux bombard x 2

Stormraven gunship w/ twin assault cannon, heavy bolter, hurricane bolters

Tactics:
Devastators deploy in the razorbacks next to RG. Stormraven carries tacticals w/ Tigurius, Techmarine, and Leviathan Dread. Scouts sit on objectives or setup to deny deepstrikes.
Stormraven flies to a good spot to drop the payload, then provides anti infantry support (if it lasts that long). RG and his units provide a firebase to blow up anything that is a threat to the stormraven, then to themselves.
I don't need a dedicated CC unit, since I can use the chapter tactics to retreat from combat and still fire, though RG and Tigurius are pretty good in cc. Just wish the chief librarian had some kind of invuln! Maybe give him the armour indomidus?

I moved the techmarine to be separate from the Captain entry.

Ah there we go, didn't see it. Also the chapter master Strat is 3CP so you would be at 6. Besides that looks solid.

Got it. Just double checked. I guess I played it wrong last time. Only spent 1! At least the get command points back warlord trait will hold those 6 for a bit longer than normal.

If you deploy properly you could keep the raven supersonic and advance guilliman to keep it in range of the bubbles, it's super annoying for enemies

Not a bad idea. I was going for using the chapter master rerolls to hit aura so I don't need to rely on Guilliman as much, but in certain circumstances, I could see using the reroll to wound being extra useful as well.

Personally, i would save the 3 command points and not upgrade to chapter master.

probably better spend on clutch invuln save rerolls or charge distances.

I was doing some research, and found a stratagem that allowed a dreadnought to have the reroll 1s aura. I am planning on doing that, and switching out the captain for Tigurius. I will update my list as I go. I got through one turn, but a family emergency forced me to leave the game. :(
