so I have some Dark Eldar paint in the "kabal of the flayed skull" and which is a lighter Red and a lighter Green now I want to base them and someone told me when you have a lighter mini ur Baseeing should be darker to help give the Mini contrast
so do you guys have any for a Base I could use

Well the contrast of red is green.

Dark green would probably be good.

Necron tomb world, or a jade temple base

but if you are using GW plastic bases, then a greenish hue dark texture base or even dark jungle base could work.

alternatively you can go neutral with brown greys or blacks.

I agree with dark green. GW bracken and vine basing materials are really nice and would easily add pops of green on a gravel base.
