I hope this is appropriate to post. I posted a Let's Play video (and review) for Shadespire over on my YouTube channel. Hope you all enjoy. (spoiler: I really enjoyed it.)
Thank you so much for the video. Great videos. Now I know this game is not for me. Almost bought the game but now I can see my money will be of better use.
Looking forward to your Firestorm review. That will tell me if I should get it or not since I am still on the fence if I should get it or not. So much easier to judge when seeing the game in action.
Agies Grimm:The "Learn to play, bro" mentality is mostly just a way for someone to try to shame you by implying that their metaphorical nerd-wiener is bigger than yours. Which, ironically, I think nerds do even more vehemently than jocks.
Everything is made up and the points don't matter. 40K or Who's Line is it Anyway?

The worst part of this review is that I have to wait 2 weeks to pre-order and 3 weeks to play myself... By the time I have the game I will have shaking hands from excitement

Would folks be interested in a detailed review of the contents and rules without having played it?
Because, I'm just now thinking.... "It will take some weeks to play through all of this." I do actually have half a mind to run a campaign on the channel. I've been wanting to try my hand at Battle Reports for a while and finally have a good setup for it.
Maybe a quick review of the contents and how they look would be good. My FLGS doesn't have it and I am not going to drive a hour just to see it. So be nice to see the contents at least and what your initial impressions are.
Maybe show how the stickers come on and off.

yeah, having seen your other reviews, I would still be interested in your take on it whether you played it through or not. Thanks!
Good deal. I just got it today and read through it. Seems "good".
The stickers come off and on very well. I'll certainly review it. Everything seems to all fit in the right places. I need to sit with the cards and suss out how each player's Domain deck will theoretically progress over the course of a campaign and what not.
