I have been trying to figure out how to make a traitor guard list for a while. I've got alot of Anvil Industries models at this point... I've been debating on making a RH list, but there are tanks I want to buy that are not accessible to the list. I also want to purchase some CSM/DG/Daemon items. I don't know how I can get them all to work together in the same list though.

Is there a legal way to get IG tanks (ex: Baneblade Variants and FW AM Tanks) to work together with RH/CSM/Daemons? I really like some of these models, but also want to be able to field everything legally.

You can just not play Matched Play rules. Or use your guard as counts-as Chaos models using Chaos rules. It sucks but that's how GW want to do things.

I am certain that you'll be able to find some people willing to allow you to mix the detachments and keep the rest of the matched play rules.

you could use FW chaos book... there is the likes of the fellblade etc in it which you could easily proxy from the baneblade

the fellblade especially is horrible, i took it to a tourney last weekend and it was flat out beast mode

So for example: I can’t have a battle forged army made up of the following: RH battalion detachment, IG superheavy detachment, daemons detachment?

Idk if I can fit all that in points, but I’m more thinking concept anyway. If I keep my “traitor guard” that RH can’t take as an IG detachment, can I take them along side my chaos friends?

You can tale a Battle Forged army like that no problem, it's the Matched Play rules that give you the headache. Since there is no way for Chaos and Imperium to legally team up in Matched play barring R&H and Cypher, your choices for matched play are R&H or Counts-as Fellblades.
