I'm confused by some of your choices here. I'm assuming that the Apostle goes with Berserkers, one Lord goes with Chosen, and one Lord goes with the Havocs.

All that in mind... Assuming you have a Lord for re-rolls on 1s, Plasma outperforms Melta in about 90% of circumstances, and Melta only does marginally better even in good circumstances. Plasma is also cheaper.
At the *very least*, I would recommend taking one squad of Plasma and Melta, if you don't ditch the Melta entirely.

Missile Launchers are also not something that you want to spam to exclusivity. A few Missile Launchers can be good (If for no other reason than to give access to Flakk Missiles,) but they are absolutely not something you want to take 12 of in exclusion of all other Heavy Weapon choices.
Missile Launchers are poor-mans Lascannons, and take a steep dropoff in damage against T8 and 4+ or better, in exchange for getting an offhand ability that is simply abysmal.
If we compare the damage output of a Krak Missile Launcher against a Frag Missile launcher, we'll find that a Krak Missile will get half a wound against a squad of Guardsmen, and a Frag missile will get... One wound. That is, simply put, awful. If you want anti-infantry, just buy some anti-infantry weapons. If you want anti-tank, just buy some anti-tank options.

Another option is to take Autocannons, which are pretty good as an actual TAC list.
An Autocannon will get almost identical damage to a Frag Missile against most common hordes (T3 5+ is .9 versus 1, T4 6+ is .88 versus .95), will get slightly lower damage against T7+ tanks with 3+ armor, and will do MUCH better against anything T5/T6 with two wounds. If you need to kill Terminators, Bikes, or anything in that vein, Autocannons are simply going to be your best bet.

For your best versatility, take a couple Missile Launchers (So you can use the Flakk Missile strategem), 4-6 Autocannons, and 4-6 Lascannons.

Thanks for the advice here. I bring missile launchers because that's what my guys are modeled with but i do agree with your assessment missile launchers arent great. YET let me point out that people CRY like no tomorrow when they see a bunch of missile launchers lined up against them. The bitching is REAL. Which puzzles me because I'm deliverable bringing them knowing they arent the most effective choice and people still whine about it.

On the plasma vs melta debate though, Melta is better than plasma. Plasma does better when overcharged only which is not something you want to continually do.

The goal with all that melta is to use the alpha legion stratagem to infiltrate them and blow a hole on the biggest target the opponent has available right from the start.
