Taking a break with Renegades and having sold my previous Thousand Sons army before the new models hit I think it is time to revisit my first love!
I will keep modelling and painting updates here as I build up my Thousand Sons army.
Kicking it off with their mischievous Daemon Prince leader who managed to trick a Bloodthirster to part with his Axe!
First of the mortals who live to serve their leader and who are rewarded by Tzeentch with totally ripped muscles which they love to show off.
I am going to do my best to follow the standard colour scheme and base them on marble ruins of Tizca using Age of Sigmar bases.

Ten Cultists and Five Tzaangors modelling complete. Maybe a little bit of green stuff to smooth the arm joints but they aren’t that noticeable where I spliced the Tzaangor autopistols.
Pinned them to the bases without glue so I can remove them after painting to do bases separately. Probably not the easiest way to do it but it works for me as I like to paint with the model on its base.

I really like what you’ve done here. What heads did you use for the cultists? I like them a lot better than the originals

I took inspiration from one of Duncan's Warhammer TV youtube videos where he converted some Kairic Acolytes. The heads are from the Chaos Marauder Horsemen with the horns shaved off

The Daemon Prince is painted. Sorry I am not a high level painter due to shaky hands.

Nice! Cool seeing some of the bloodthirster bits making their way into the chaos circuit.
