Have you heard about with Craftworld Codex release, they would also "Triumvirate of Ynnead Repackage"

What does that even mean? there are only 3 models. Like why? it's the same box, same numbers of models.

New rules, without releasing a codex.

Ynari are not CWE, so they don't want to put their rules in the CWE book.

I have not heard this, but if I had to guess, the "repackage" is to split Yncarne, Yvraine and Visarch into 3 separate kits.
I really hope they do this eventually as many players do not want 1-2 or the 3 and don't want to be stuck with buying them just to get the 1-2 models that they do want. or having to resort to a third party seller to sell them the specific model.
GW would be very wise to split up the Trio.

I also doubt this will happen with the CWE codex, but will happen with the Ynnari/Harlequin codex

As well as three awesome character models, this set contains full datasheets for everything inside, as well rules for fielding Ynnari detachments in your army, meaning you won’t need anything else to use them with your Craftworlds codex!

That's all we have at the moment. It suggests that it will let you run a Ynnari detachment using Craftworld only stuff without you needing to have the Index on hand.

Which would suck if anything changed from the Index. How will these changes be available to players who already have the Triumvirate, Index or both?

This also suggests that Ynnari will not be getting a codex of their own (which is fine) or be added to the Harlequin codex (which is not fine, since neither army should be big enough for their own codex, but together could be just enough content)

Right now they have 7th ed rules in the box, all they are doing is putting the 8th ed rules in that box. Nothing else b.c it isnt Ynnari's reveal yet.

They are doing this for New Eldar players buying the Ynnari Box so they dont have to buy an Index for 3 units to work with their new Codex.

Edit: You can always run them together, that doesnt mean you get all the rules fyi.

The print job on interior of the previous box was fairly lavish. Probably a cheaper print job, and 8th ed rules instead of 7th.

I think you've misunderstood what I'm saying.
I'm suggesting that the way it is worded, they are suggesting that you will be able to field a Ynnari Detachment using just the Craftworld side of things without needing an additional book to run your Craftworlder stuff as Ynnari.

This also suggests that Ynnari will not be getting a codex of their own (which is fine) or be added to the Harlequin codex (which is not fine, since neither army should be big enough for their own codex, but together could be just enough content)

I don't think it suggests anything of the kind personally. It just is them updating the rules within the box. They've said that they will be providing rules for models within the boxes, but I think it worth mentioning that not many things had their own unique Detachments.

Obviously they're not putting all-new Ynnari rules only in a box that Ynnari players already own the models from. It'll just be the index rules so that you can use Ynnari with the new Craftworld codex without having to own the index.

I think there is demand for the Ynnari models and GW is not ready to repack them yet.

I seem to remember one of the FAQs gave the Visarch a 4++ so hopefully that will make it into the new rules sheet as well.

I think we shouldn't think too much into this.
They're repacking the Triumvirate like they're doing with many other kits, to include 8th ed. rules. The only difference is this box contains all the models in the faction, so they also include the faction rules. And they're letting people know so people can just buy that box instead of that box + the index, which will matter once the CWE codex is out.
This way they don't need to release a codex until they release a bunch of new models for the faction (if this happens in the future).

FYI they also said it's just the index rules in the box not new Ynnari rules. So basically if you buy a box now and you don't have the index you don't need it to run it.
