I was painting motarions wings and stupid me I used the wrong wash. So the question is when that wash drys can I use the right wash over it? Would it look bad?

Can yes but wrong wash would show up either way resulting likely into different look either way. Maybe good effect, maybe bad.

How hard it would be to simply repaint wings up to this stage?

I think it has INCREDIBLE color depth. Not sure what you had in mind to begin with, but I think they look cool.

yeah you think so? I had no expectations other then fleshy wings that I was trying to create. It just didn't come out as I thought it should. My friend says it actually looks good so I don't know if I should be disappointing lol.

layered washes is a great way to paint fleshy nurgle stuff, specifically daemons...I often use several washes layered up like that, black, brown, green, blue, purple, etc...gives a real nice subtle depth to it

...I think that could work just fine, maybe paint the veins in a darker colour or something for more contrast, and paint in the pustules for a bit more spot colour, should turn out nicely

The purple makes the wings look all bruised. I dig it.

Id go over the flatter areas were the blue is super noticeable with the base flesh color to touch it up. leave the blue in the receses it will give it depth which is a good thing.

then go over it all with whatever color wash you are going to use

im assuming it was supposed to be purple.

the blue will pop through the purple a little bit making the shade areas a little darker which would look very nice me thinks.

a redish wash will turn the blue purple which also would look good.

give it a shot otherwise let it all dry repaint the flesh and try it again.

It's too late now, but there's nothing stopping you using clean water to wash the wash off, if you see what I mean. I've done that plenty of times if I've used the wrong one or spilled something on my miniature.
