I am getting back into the hobby and was wondering if this list would be legal. I have tanks and such, but I am not a big fan of my old paint jobs. If you have any advice I would appreciate it.

It is mostly legal, but there are a few issues. Your Guard brigade requires another HQ, for a total of three. Your fallen detachment is also not legal. If you wish to run fallen and only fallen in this detachment, you will have to run a vanguard detachment (1 HQ, 3-6 Elites)

So even though they share the Imperium Keyword they can not share the same detachment? I guess keywords are the confusing part for me. I'll have to look into it again.
I was using Cypher for my 3rd HQ and Fallen for my Elites.

You can do this, but that will prevent you from gaining the regiment bonuses for the guardsmen.

Am I still able to use stratagems that use my IG keyword?
