Rules conundrum.. I played Ravenguard vs another Ravenguard player.

Strike from the shadows states:

Use this stratagem when you can set up a Raven Guard Infantry unit during deployment. You can set up the unit in the shadows instead of placing it on the battlefield. At the beginning of the first battle round but before the first turn begins, the unit emerges from their hiding place - set them up anywhere on the battlefield that is more than 9" away from any enemy models.

How in the hell does this work when both Ravenguard players hide multiple units with SFTS?

How we did it was whoever got to go first, after any rolls to seize initiative etc, would get to place the first SFTS unit down, to which then we took it in turns to place the remaining SFTS units down.

Has this been addressed anywhere?

What would you do?
