I have keyword question, I notice beside Deathguard codex, regular Chaos SM codex also includes Plague Marine, with <LEGION>, does this unit also gain regular legion trait ?? for example Plague Marine Black Legion: Black Crusaders trait

If they're Black Legion and all the other requirements are met (battleforged, etc) then yes.

Would that make them (ex: Black Legion) stronger than regular Deathguard Plague Marine? since they also get Legion Trait bonus in addition to Deathguard Disgusting Resilient?

Death guard has a legion trait which is really good for plague marines and are troops, so not really.
