There's a local 2k ITC style tournament coming up. I was thinking of bringing something like the below.

The idea is to drop the warlord Farseer with the Guardians and Dragons for a fearless, guided+doomed hit squad. Footseers go with the Wraithguard in the Serpents. Everything else is relatively potent and highly mobile. The spiders are just there for the Outrider CP but aren't bad with Alaitoc. Would it be worth making the Outrider Saim Hann so I could take the celestial lance on the biketarch? Anything else to look at or swap around? The tournament shouldn't be Ultra-competitive but I'd prefer not to get hosed.

Well, looks quite good.
I'm not so much into an FA detachment, since Eldar elite detachments are usually more solid.

I like all of your choices except the heavy weapon platforms on the guardians. I think you should just drop them to get another fire dragon in the squad that you're deep striking with them.

It seems that the shining spears + Autarch will have to start on the board in order to have enough units on the table. Make sure you hide them very well just in case your opponent seizes the initiative. I would leave them as alaitoc so the autarch can buff your other units as well. The warp spiders and swooping hawks should perform nicely via earning maelstrom points in the ITC missions.

Consider dropping in your deepstrikes turn 2 so everything can hit at once.

Don't drop cannons they can have a huge impact on survivability especially in cover, extra shooting is a bonus but some good rolling on those boys can save a ton of guys.
