I suggest you don't believe anything posted by thedarkavenger unless confirmed by other regular posters here at Dakka. He has shown he is incapable of basic English comprehension.

My understanding is this applies to units designated as Troops under the organization charts (units with the triangle designation). For example: Space marine scouts are a troop choice.
Keeping the hobby side alive!
I never forget the Dakka unit scale is binary: Units are either OP or Garbage.
