So I figure this list is very good against infantry with all those Tzaangors and Horrors.
Anti Vehicules/Monsters seems a bit more difficult but not too bad since I have a lots of mortal wounds via Psychic spells and the two big boys are very powerfull in close combat.

I know that being as I only have two of them they will be big targets but with the spells and stratagems Magnus should be pretty solid (-1 to hit, +D3 Wounds and +1 Inv), The Lord of Change also has insane survivability with its Relic / Warlord Trait so they should both hold up pretty well against just about anything thrown their way.
