Auspex Scan

Use this Stratagem immediately after your opponent sets up a unit that is arriving on the battlefield as reinforcements within 12" of one of your ADEPTUS ASTARTES Infantry units. Your unit can immediately shoot at that enemy unit as if it were the Shooting phase, but you must subtract 1 from all the resulting hit rolls.

Fire Storm

Models in this unit can fire twice if they remained stationary during their turn (including when firing Overwatch).

When using Auspex Scan and selecting an Aggressor, what of the following are true

A: The Aggressors can fire twice, regardless of whether they moved in the previous player's turn
B: The Aggressors can only fire twice if they were stationary in the previous player's turn
C: The Aggressors can fire twice if it's the top of turn one and the Aggressor's owner has not yet had a movement phase.

"Their" turn refers to the Aggressors themselves, so it would be B. The "including when firing Overwatch" is a solid indication that this is the case. Aggressors that moved, then are charged next turn by an enemy only get to fire once. Since the rule says "including", that means that it applies to all shooting and is also including overwatch.

Auto Boltstorm Gauntlets have a range of 18".
