This is my first list so it is probably utter trash (I have never played 40k beside games with what come in the Dark Imperium set). I'd love to have some feedback on it! I feel like I am not super well equipped to deal with Vehicules. Is 2 "Named" HQ too much for 2000 pts?

I like it.
Some thoughts I had are to reduce the CSM units to 5 to better enable use of small terrain features and limit taking morale tests or combine them to 20 since it's good to keep em big for stratagems and drop #. Combi-bolter is a great value but I doubt that powerfist will be. Combi-plasma Should be pretty safe near Abaddon and not too risky on a 1W model but you've got plenty of -AP from the thousand sons stuff. Chain axe meanwhile is a steal of a weapon choice in terms of points

On the one hand I like the thought of a double patrol but on the other there's the makings of a battalion and the 3CP it comes with. If I were to tweak it...

+ Exalted champion. combi-flamer and power axe. Though neither is particularly important. could convert a berzerker rather than buying a model I suspect.
2x10 into 3x5 CSM. AC with combi-bolter and chainsword. a Missile launcher in each.
-1 model of berzerker to allow champ to fit in rhino.
- combi-melta on rhino, replaced with bolter
- terminator armor on sorc. Sadly inferno combi appears to be reduced to a pistol. He shouldn't need the armor due to character keyword anyways. I personally like with jet pack
- icon of flame. Cool but low impact

The list you have shouldn't have too much trouble with vehicles, infantry, or elites with the weapon spread you chose. One thing I've noticed is that having armor in small quantities is risky though. The predator might get singled out by lascannon equivalents making tank hunting difficult but not impossible.

I really like all these suggestions especially the 3*5 CSM with missile launcher that also helps more with vehicles threats. For the terminator armor on sorc however, the plan was to be able to teleport him together with the Scarab Occult Terminators for some buffing/movement, does jet pack allows you to do that too? (I know warp talons can do it).
