I'm reading the Daemonic Ritual rule and it says "This unit is treated as reinforcements" and since the Character perform Daemonic Ritual at the end of movement phase.

Does this mean Summoned Daemons enter the battlefield the same way Assault Marine and Teleport Strike Terminator? meaning they can shoot and charge on the same turn, including using Psyhic abilties like Grey Knight.
