Thought I'd share my 'nids list. I've had a couple games with it now and I'm really happy with it.
I am trying to optimize this list to bring it to tournaments, so be as criticizing as you wish.
I thought maybe some of you could give some input on it, what to change and how to improve it.
I usually play it quite defensively. The hive tyrants are mainly there as distractions and support units. They are just there to pull the enemy away from my hive guard and keep them busy without suffering too much, and they have been doing a great job on it so far. My warlord has a tendency to die too fast, so i usually drop him in turn 2. It usually gives him a nice opportunity to kill a out of position character or take an objective. He also might do flat 8 damage if he rolls a 6 to wound witch is insane.
Not much to it other than that. I put my genestealers in nodes so they can jump out and counter attack when the enemy reaches the termagant lines. If the enemy has a lot of backfield shooting, they can start on the board to get board control fast.
