This is obviously not competitive. I'm looking for something fun that will also win roughly 50% of games. Of course, I love plague drones so I want to have as many as possible

Any ideas on how to improve this list?

I say it looks pretty fun at 1500. I would also give one of those heralds or a daemon prince the Corruption relic weapon.

I think from the outset you’re really lacking bodies. At least one unit of 30 Plaguebearers if not ideally 2 of them to having some staying power. Buff them with both a Poxbringer and Scrivener and they can put out some serious damage if you utilise Stratagems well. I would drop a few units of Drones to accomplish this and any spare points put into more Nurglings. You should be able to hold onto at least 9 Plague Drones doing this.

Well this looks fun as gak to play. I would drop the rotigus, take a prince in its place and move 3 units of the drones to the battalion and then take 2 feculant gnarlmaws. That would be nasty. Giving your drones 4+ armor save improves their survivability against 0 ap weapons and gives you the option to advance and charge or fall back, shoot and charge. It is pretty nasty. You get the loci for additional dmg on 6+. Depending on what you play against, your opponent is going to be hard pressed to find a way to deal with those units.

I'm also thinking about swapping Rotigus with a Bell GUO due the the sheer number of Plague Drone squads.
