You'll only have 16 CP - Creed has to be the Warlord to gain his extra 2 (just like Bobby G and Abaddon etc).
It’s also worth noting that – while you have 16CP, you’re spending 6 before the game begins, without the ability to regain those 6.
Taking into account, the likelihood of you wanting to save 1CP to deny slay the warlord, you’re now down to 9CP at the start of the game.
Decent of Angels is another 2CP, so chances are you’ll only be sitting on 7CP after your first turn – but if you’re planning on boosting the attack of 1 Captain (1CP for d3 extra) and then another 2 for the extra attacks on 6’s to hit, your 16CP is now looking more like 4. If you need to get one of the jetbikes into combat with the stratagem, you’re now looking at 1CP left. (granted by this point, on average you’d have regained 2.6 CP – but as we know averages don’t always average…)
Just something to bear in mind.
On the flip side, you have a lot of early game table control. If you can use that to gain a large lead early on, then you’ll hold a lot of advantages over your opponent.
One thing to watch out of though, is highly mobile forces and high fire power shooting armies. Properly screened tank lines could also be a problem, as you’re main way of dealing with them is combat – and you’re not going to be able to get into combat with them all straight away. If you don’t get 1st turn, it’s going to hurt a lot of the time.
