Anyone able to tell m the name of the book or story where a grey knight gets killed by normal humans. Ive seen it referenced in discussions about the effectiveness of power armor but i cant find the old articles to find the reference

Most likely Grey Knight by Ben Counter - the justicar's squad is pretty much facing cultists for most of the story and I'm fairly sure they take at least one casualty. Enough bullets and blades can drag down even a grey knight.

Suicide grab with bunch of krak grenades propably only serious options they would have against any marine.

Looking for the Rest of the II Legion

I think I remember reading that book years ago. It was almost definitely the Ben Counter one mentioned above.

on the forum. Obviously

Not technically, they are normal humans.
Unless IG suddenly take super steroids, like House Goliath.
Of course, there might possibly be a regiment that takes super steroids. Assuming that they all take something like that is a stretch though.

There were gene-enhanced Imperial Army regiments in 30k, such as the Geno Five-Two Chiliad (which were inspiration to the Emperor for creating the Astartes).

That's Imperial Army though. The Imperial Guard and Imperial Army are not the same organisation.
