I'm still a little confused about how many add-on bonuses one can have in the Battletome armies.

For my Blades of Khorne Vanguard list, in the Warscroll Builder it lets me give my Juggerlord a Murderous Artefact (I chose Gorecleaver) AND a Trophy (I picked the Bloodforged Armor). And then it lets me also give my Bloodthirster a Daemonic Gift (I chose Mark of the Slayer).

Is that correct?

you can take 1 artefact or trophy +1 for each warscroll battalion.

the only thing you get extra is a prayer for priests. A different one on all of them or the same on all of them if I am not mistaken. It has been a while since I played my khorne army.

warscroll builder is not made so that it limits your options when selecting stuff. it is just a tool that provides you with all options so that you can build your list. A helping hand instead of pen and paper. It is by no means a rules source (this goes for any digital list builder)
