Working on building a new Chaos army. Right now I have the daemon part of this list and working on kit-bashing the CSM portion. Eventually looking to build up to 1.5 and soon 2k. Is this a good place to start if I plan on playing strictly Khorne and World Eaters? I don't plan on going to any big tournaments, but my local store runs events on most bank holidays where you earn a prize for every game you win. (there are three games and you have to win at least 1 to make your money back) Think this might be able to squeeze out one win?

That looks like a solid 1k list to me. If you deep strike the Bloodletters with the 3D6 charge stratagem and run the Rhinos and DP up the board to go smash stuff it should work out nicely. Remember to shield your DP so he's not shot to death, he will murder multi-wound targets but he's quite fragile himself.

I would consider dropping the Bloodcrushers and adding more Berzerkers to fill out your Rhinos a little more, as they fill a similar role but aren't as cost effective + you're already paying for two Rhinos. If you don't have the models for this yet don't worry, it can be something you work towards for you 1.5 and 2k lists.

That is a good idea Red. As far as daemons go, is it pretty much the letters and prince are all that is really needed?

Any idea how the skull cannon or the flesh hounds fair?
