I'm in an escalation league and need some help finding a good balance for my next point increase to 1k pt.

Here is my 750 list that I'm running:

HQ [208pt]:
Master in Gravis
- Stock w/ bolstorm and power sword
Primaris Lieutenant
- Bolt Pistol and Auto Bolt Rifle

Troop [242pt]:
8 man Intercessor
6 man Tactical Squad
- Plasma Gun

FA [135pt]:
Inceptor Squad
- Assault Bolter

Heavy Support [165pt]:
Hellblaster Squad


I usually run the lieutenant near the hellblasters for Grim Resolve and re-roll 1 to wound, but feel like I'm lacking any mid/close support.

Here's my collection (from Dark Vengeance and Dark Imperium + a box of scout snipers, Ravenwing Command, and DA Vets):
HQ:
Master in Gravis Armor
2 Lieutenants (1 w/ bolt pistol and rifle, 1 w/ bolt pistol and power sword)
Interrogator-Chaplain
Librarian
Master w/ combi-plasma

Troops:
2x 5 man Intercessor squads
2x 5 man Tactical squads (w/ 1 plasma gun and 1 plasma cannon)
5 man Scout Squad w/ Sniper Rifles

Fast Attack:
3 man Inceptor Squad w/ Assault Bolters
3 man Ravenwing Biker Unit (1 stock, 1 w/ plasma gun, sgt w/ chainsword) (I am planning on switching these to Black Knights w/ some bits)

Elite:
5 man Deathwing Terminators (2 w/ pwr fist and storm bolters, 1 w/ chainfist and storm bolter, 1 w/ assault cannon and pwr fist, and sgt w/ power sword and storm bolter)
Company Ancient
Ravenwing Command Squad (though I may use these as Ravenwing Black Knights)
DA Veteran's squad (though I am planning on using one of the models as a company champion for the Blade of Caliban)

Looking to bump this to 1k points.

Slap a plasma bit onto the gravis master and you've got an Azrael, who belongs in most Dark Angels armies, especially those with Primaris marines. The 4++ protects them from multi damage weapons, as nearly all of them have big AP. If you do this, buy some Aggressors.

There's no such Ravenwing Command Squad anymore, and those Black Knight models should be your next escalation build, they're amazing.

I've got a bit of an issue with playing more WYSIWYG, so I guess I gotta pick up some aggressors (which loadout?) and an Azrael soon

Yes that's a perfect Azrael model. Don't bother with the old one.

Dark Angel Aggressors should always stand by Azrael, and they should equip the bolters for double or quadruple overwatch.
