Subject: What could a Necron Lord/character hold in his nonweapon hand?

I'm kit bashing a Necron Lord and I need to do something with his left hand.
An orb is the safe option, but rather boring.
What other options could there be?

Pointing or a similar gesture. The old metal lord did something like that.

Well, I'm trying to turn this guy into a necron character
The left skabbard hand is the problem. Can't really fit a claw in a nice way I think. Or perhaps I can. But do they have claws?

Ask one of your friends/opponents at your FLGS and see if anyone has some extra Space Wolves heads. Grab one with a topknot and go to town. We replaced the orbs in the hand of my buddy's start collecting box with a severed head and it came out pretty cool. Yours with a hanging, bloody head. Make a pool on the base ubderneath.

I ended up with a servo skull, so not too far off.
