I'd suggest a few reductions, s7, av11, I3 and either s-user +armour bane, or x2S no armour bane on the glaive. 4hp also seems too high, as that's the same as a landraider. Only my opinion, of course, but I think that would better reflect a trainee pilot in a smaller chassis.

Will take it into consideration but I purposely did the glance as a chain fist with concussive and the armour and hull points to be better then that of a dreadnought

190 pts for AV11, 6++, 3HP's would be rather soft...That thing is not such a beast that it would compensate for being super squishy predator.

Well if you would go for F11 HP4 price drop would have to be quite bit but do you want that model to be cheap one you'll be fielding a lot or more like heavy dreadnought?

Isn’t 190 points about 30 points too expensive? The base unit is 8e is 160, and 8th has inflated prices.

TBH I would love to field a squadron of these as a Lord Of War choice for my Militia. Not OP enough to get eye rolls from the casual/narrative crowd.

Working on a few points changes but here are some rules for using Primaris Marines in 7th edition 40k, posting it here so get less hate about not moving to 8th. Feedback is welcomed but please note some things have been changed to better suit how I think they should work. Personally not a fan of the lore for these guys but love the models

There are official rules for Armiger Knight in Horus Heresy: https://www.warhammer-community.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/HH-Questoris-Knight-Armiger-Talon-1.pdf
For the Primaris i can't say anything, because i'm not realy interested in them.
